Asia Market Session: August 4th 2008

Today’s asian market have four news issues to go over:

2345 GMT (Sunday Night): New Zealand Releases there Labor Cost Index Monthly. This is the index that combines data from average pay rates for labor, and determines if there was an increase in salaries or a decrease in salaries.

0050 GMT: Japan will release their annual monetary base. This will cover the value of all of the assets and currency that is in all of Japan.

0230 GMT: Australia will release their quarterly House Price Index. This covers any fluctuations in house prices over the last three months.

0400 GMT: New Zealand is back on the map again with major bank ANZ releasing commodity prices, and comparing them to previous month.

Current Crude Oil Prices: $125.10 for the New York Mercantile Exchange.
